What Differential Instruction is "NOT"?
Differential Instruction is not a way to keep the lower level students together and higher level students together. Groups should be divided in way that mixes all levels together, so they can work together toward one common goal. It also is not individualized for each student, this would force a teacher to make a lesson plan for each individual depending on their level. This type of instruction is not to teach basically one method that my be successful for most, but to provide an educational environment that can be successful for all.
